Roles and Responsibilities Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings. Coach teams on agile principles and practices to improve productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize tasks. Ensure effective communication among team members through active listening and conflict resolution techniques. Monitor progress against goals and identify areas for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 6-11 years of experience in software development or related field with a focus on Agile methodologies (Scrum). Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required; knowledge of JIRA is an added advantage. Strong understanding of Agile principles, including continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, collaboration, and iterative delivery.
