Strong understanding of network security and endpoint threat prevention strategies. Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy for endpoint configuration management. Experience with monitoring and reporting tools to track endpoint performance and security status Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH, or other relevant security certifications. Experience with endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools. Knowledge of cloud-based endpoint management solutions. Familiarity with endpoint backup and recovery strategies. Experience with SIEM systems (e.g., Splunk, ArcSight) for security monitoring. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex endpoint issues. Strong attention to detail, ensuring that endpoint security and configurations are consistently monitored and optimized. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments. Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting processes and interacting with other teams. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
