For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in engineering• A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience in technical sales and solution sales at install base customers, development & engagement with strong experience of working & customer engagements in the entire region.• Excellent knowledge of at least one Distributed Control System.• Proficient in PC skills and application software like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.• Understanding of project life cycle from concept to commissioning. • Understanding of customer need and translating it into technical solution. • Analytical problem solver with excellent Communication, presentation, interpersonal and prioritization skills; well-organized and detail oriented.• Excels at self-managing workload and implementing multiple concurrent projects to meet the landmarks.• Ability to successfully interact with all levels of the organization to meet landmarks.• Ability to deal with conflicting priorities from internal partners and demonstrate resilience and strong influencing skills to handle these effectively.• Confidence and interpersonal/communication skills to work and influence at all levels. • Exposure of working in matrix organization.• Willingness to travel to customer sites (more than 50% of the time)

To support our O&M team, beginning at the earliest possible date, we are looking for a qualified and dedicated Engineer - O&M Responsibilities: Responsible for inspection, maintenance, and repair of solar PV plants Travel to project/O&M sites and vendor locations. Work directly with client personnel and 3rd party vendors. Ensure that all operations and maintenance activities performed at sites compile with OEM requirements. Responsible for generating MIS reports, all required repairs, maintenance, monitoring of all warranty claims, and scheduled for preventive maintenance activities. Good knowledge of DC, AC, and SCADA systems. Monitoring of all plants and maintain 100% uptime Timely submission of generation report to the department/HOD/Agencies. Qualifications: BE / B. Tech Electrical or equivalent 3+ years of proven experience in the Solar PV industry Knowledge of SCADA systems, and Control and Instrumentation. Understanding of solar PV technologies and day to day plant operations Analytical skills, Operational Report preparation Good liaising & coordination with Team.
