Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive the growth of our industrial automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of Digitalization solution, SCADA System & Services along with Industrial Automation products HMI, PLC, VFD, Servo & SCADA solutions. The role involves market research, enhance business footprint, enhance customer engagement, and driving revenue through direct sales and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities & Skillset: The role involves market research, enhance business footprint, enhance customer engagement, and driving revenue through direct sales and marketing initiatives. Customer Requirement Analysis: Engage with potential and existing customers to thoroughly understand their operational processes, automation needs, and technical specifications. Solution Development: Design and architect customized industrial automation solutions based on PLC, HMI, and SCADA technologies, incorporating products from Siemens, Exor, Rockwell Automation, Omron, and Mitsubishi. Technical Presentations & Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver persuasive technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions. Proposal Generation: Develop comprehensive technical proposals, including system architectures,hardware and software specifications, and project timelines. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, support sales strategies, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and customer expectations. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical advisor. Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing and potential customer accounts. Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and competitor offerings in the industrial automation landscape. Marketing Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop technical content for marketing materials such as case studies, white papers, application notes, and blog posts. Marketing Support: Provide technical input for marketing campaigns, webinars, and trade shows to effectively communicate the technical advantages of our solutions. Competitive Analysis (Marketing Perspective): Analyze competitor solutions and marketing strategies from a technical standpoint to identify our unique selling propositions. Sales Life cycle: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and after-sales support. Qualifications: Diploma/ B.tech.: Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, CS. MBA in Marketing or related field. 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the industrial automation industry. Strong understanding of HMI, PLC, SCADA, and control panel systems. Familiarity with EXOR, OMRON, AB, Siemens, or similar automation products is highly desirable. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Ability to travel within the region as required.
