Job Description

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for a variety of SAP technical roles (e.g., SAP ABAP, SAP Basis, SAP HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, etc.) Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals. Maintain a pipeline of qualified SAP professionals through proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.) Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely follow-ups. Negotiate offers and manage the candidate onboarding process. Track and report recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates. Stay up to date with trends in the SAP ecosystem and the broader technology talent market. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws and regulations.
