Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Global Benefits to join our team at SteerLean. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions for global benefits management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
Provide training and support to end-users on SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other systems.

Job Requirements

Minimum 13 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting, preferably with a focus on Global Benefits.
Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, EIP, and Payroll.
Experience with SAP HCM and LMS is desirable.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are necessary.
