SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Global Benefits)

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading the configuration and implementation of SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules for large organizations. Your primary focus will be to ensure alignment with business requirements and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with clients to understand their global benefits needs, conduct workshops, and design tailored solutions. Configuring and customizing SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules will be a key aspect of your role, including benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment processes, and integrations with third-party vendors. Developing comprehensive test plans and executing testing to validate global benefits configurations will be essential to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in providing guidance on global benefits best practices, processes, and regulations to clients and project teams. Additionally, conducting training sessions for end-users and support teams to facilitate the adoption and operation of SuccessFactors Global Benefits solutions will be part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between SuccessFactors and other systems. Providing ongoing support and maintenance for SuccessFactors Global Benefits configurations, troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and implementing enhancements will be vital. Proactively recommending improvements to optimize benefits administration processes will be expected. The required skills for this role include expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits. In terms of education, a Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline with an excellent academic record is preferred.,
