Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support SAP MM andPP module implementations, rollouts, and support projects.

- Design, configure, and testSAP MM/PP solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Collaborate with planningteams to integrate SAP with external planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, APO, OMP,Kinaxis).

- Support interface developmentvia IDoc, BAPI, RFC, CPI, or PI/PO between SAP and planning systems.

- Analyze and resolve MM/PPrelated issues during UAT, SIT, and production support.

- Prepare functionalspecifications for RICEFW objects.

- Train end-users and createdocumentation for SAP processes.

- Work with cross-functionalteams across SD, WM, QM, and FI for holistic solution delivery.

- Ensure alignment of systemconfiguration with supply chain planning strategies (MRP, BOM, Routing,Scheduling, etc.).
Required Skills and Experience

- 6+ years of SAP experiencewith a focus on MM (Procure-to-Pay) and PP (Plan-to-Produce) modules.

- Hands-on configurationexperience in SAP MM and PP in ECC or S/4HANA.

- At least one end-to-endS/4HANA implementation or conversion project experience preferred.

- Experience integrating SAPwith planning systems such as SAP IBP, APO, or third-party systems (OMP,Kinaxis, etc.).

- Strong understanding of MRP,forecasting, demand planning, inventory planning, BOM, routing, and productionexecution.

- Experience in IDocs, ALE,BAPI, or CPI-based integration for planning tools.

- Ability to write functionalspecs and collaborate with ABAP and technical teams.

- Excellent communication andstakeholder management skills.

- Experience in Pharma, FMCG,or Discrete/Process Manufacturing is a plus.

Requirements Preferred Qualifications

- SAP S/4HANA certification inMM or PP.

- Exposure to SAP IBP or APODP/SNP is a strong plus.

- Experience with Agile/Scrummethodology.

- Knowledge of batchmanagement, serial number tracking, subcontracting, and MRP live.
Education

- Bachelor degree in Engineering,Computer Science, Supply Chain, or equivalent discipline.

- Postgraduate or MBA in Operations orSupply Chain Management is a plus.
