Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP GTS with other enterprise systems and streamline business processes will be a key aspect of your role. You will provide expert consultancy on global trade processes, ensuring best practices in trade compliance and risk management. Additionally, you will offer hands-on support and troubleshooting for SAP GTS related issues, aiming to minimize disruption to business operations. Developing and delivering comprehensive documentation and training materials for end-users will also be part of your responsibilities. Staying updated with the latest SAP GTS updates and global trade compliance trends is essential to continuously improve system performance and regulatory adherence. The must-have skills and qualifications for this role include proven experience in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing SAP GTS systems, a strong understanding of global trade compliance regulations and customs procedures, expertise in SAP customization and integration with other business systems, excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on troubleshooting and system optimization, ability to work effectively in high-pressure on-site environments, collaborating closely with technical and business teams, and strong communication skills with experience in creating training and documentation materials.
