SAP Concur Consultant

You are a skilled SAP Concur Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Concur Expense, Travel, Request, and Invoice modules. Your role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems. Strong functional expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment are essential for this position. Your responsibilities include the following key areas: Implementation & Configuration: - Configuring and deploying SAP Concur modules based on client requirements. - Setting up expense policies, audit rules, VAT/GST configurations, travel policies, and approval workflows. - Integrating Concur with upstream/downstream systems using various methods. Support & Troubleshooting: - Providing post-implementation support, resolving configuration issues, and addressing user queries. - Monitoring interfaces, triaging defects, and collaborating with technical teams for fixes. - Ensuring compliance with ITIL processes. Client Collaboration: - Conducting fit-gap analysis, workshops, and training sessions for end-users. - Translating business needs into Concur configurations while safeguarding interdependencies between modules. Documentation & Testing: - Preparing functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials. - Performing unit testing, SIT, UAT, and supporting hyper-care phases. Project Management: - Assisting in project planning, timeline adherence, and status reporting. - Working with cross-functional teams to align Concur solutions with business processes. You should have 2-8 years of experience in SAP Concur implementations/support, with exposure to Expense, Travel, and Request modules. Additionally, hands-on experience with Concur configuration, Cognos Reporting, and integrations is required. Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging is preferred. Familiarity with ITIL/Agile methodologies is beneficial. Certifications such as CIP (Certified Implementation Partner) for Concur and relevant certifications in SAP Concur, Scrum, or RPA (e.g., Blue Prism) are advantageous. Strong communication, client-facing, and problem-solving abilities are necessary for this role. You should also have the ability to work independently and in geographically dispersed teams.,
