You are a skilled SAP Concur Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Concur Expense, Travel, Request, and Invoice modules. Your role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems. Documentation & Testing: - Preparing functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials. - Performing unit testing, SIT, UAT, and supporting hyper-care phases. Project Management: - Assisting in project planning, timeline adherence, and status reporting. - Working with cross-functional teams to align Concur solutions with business processes. You should have 2-8 years of experience in SAP Concur implementations/support, with exposure to Expense, Travel, and Request modules. Additionally, hands-on experience with Concur configuration, Cognos Reporting, and integrations is required. Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging is preferred. Familiarity with ITIL/Agile methodologies is beneficial. Certifications such as CIP (Certified Implementation Partner) for Concur and relevant certifications in SAP Concur, Scrum, or RPA (e.g., Blue Prism) are advantageous.
