Job Title: Sampling Coordinator for Apparel
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepares spec sheets with the details provided by designers and checks their details.
- Arranges and check all materials and fabric according to the sheet.
- Provides master details for pattern making & conducts follow-ups according to requirements followed by sending the pattern to the master in charge for tracing. Also conducts checks for all designs in order to get it approved by the designer.
- After tracing is complete, arrange to send the fabric to embroider according to design in adda work or machine work whichever is required.
- Provides all fabrics and other materials to the cutting master.
- Conducts checks for stitch finishing & further gets the stitching done for the garment. Checks fabrics after it is dyed.
- Provides pattern master with a spec sheet and checks the patterns.
- Prepares costing sheet with all details & and further sends it for cost to the costing master. · Prepare an Indicative sheet, fabric folder and accessories folder that has to be provided to the fabric & accessories depart.
- Arranges for stitching of the size label & the wash care label on the sample which has to be sent to production.
- Provides the sample to QC, designer, and costing department.
- Provide the sample order to be approved in the meeting and creates a record of collections for detailing.
- Prepares fabric folder and accessories folder for production.
- Arranges for designers to approve the design and provides it to the merchant along with design detail and measurement sheets for production.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of apparel construction and process involved.
- Experience of minimum 2-3 years as a sampling coordinator
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
