Salesforce Jr Architect (Kochi- Work from Office)

To design and supervise the implementation of scalable and efficient technical solutions, ensuring they fulfill business requirements and align with organizational objectives. Develop software, implement, test, and maintain software solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.

Role & responsibilities

Strategic Activities

• Solution Architecture: Utilize 8+ years of industry experience to design and implement scalable, high-performance salesforce solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• System Integration: Architect and integrate disparate systems and technologies to create seamless end-to-end solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience. Identify and mitigate integration challenges while maintaining system integrity and data consistency.
• Prototyping and Proof of Concepts: Lead the development of prototypes and proof of concepts to validate architectural decisions, assess feasibility, and mitigate technical risks. Iterate design concepts based on feedback and lessons learned from initial implementations.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects. Follow and help define coding standards. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed. Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.

Team Management

• Manage a team and coach them on tasks to ensure successful achievement of goals.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices, coding standards, and design principles.
• Monitor efforts, performance and task demands and guide the team to achieve cohesiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture roles, with a proven track record of success in driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
• Experience in Service, Sales and Data Cloud.
• Integration Best Practices as per Salesforce

• Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) is desirable.

Experience with emerging technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

• Has Built Agentforce Use cases
• Marketing Cloud or Other clouds will be a plus
