About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 10 The Team: Join a dynamic global record to report team and collaborate with both domestic and international staff, third-party partners, Treasury, Intercompany, Accounts Payable (AP), Order to Cash (OTC) teams, and all global business units to achieve team and company objectives. The Impact: The Analyst will be responsible for performing revenue and accounts receivable (AR) reconciliations, as well as deferred revenue reconciliations. A solid understanding of OTC reporting (including legacy systems and new Oracle AR reporting- Salesforce, Oracle fusion, SAP) and reconciliation processes is essential. This position will support the Revenue Accounting Manager in recording month-end close entries for the OTC close, assist with ad-hoc reporting and audit requests, and ensure compliance with SOX policies and procedures related to AR and revenue accounting. The individual will lead a team of reconcilers and act as a backup for the Revenue Accounting Manager, taking charge of projects and revenue closes as necessary. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a team of junior reconcilers and analysts. Coordinate with Order to Cash teams and business units on unbilled accounting. Conduct reconciliations and journal entries for financial close. Perform balance sheet analysis related to deferred revenue and AR accounts as assigned. Participate in ERP migration, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assist with implementation and reconciliation efforts. Key Responsibilities Ticket Resolution & Delegation: Manage the incoming ticket queue from business stakeholders. Delegate easy to mid-level tickets to other developers or analysts on the team. Personally handle complex or high-priority tickets requiring advanced development and coding expertise. Development & Customization: Develop and customize solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Ensure best practices in coding and design to maintain platform scalability and efficiency. Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain platform stability and performance. Team Leadership & Upskilling: Manage and mentor a team of one Salesforce Analyst and two Salesforce Developers. Provide guidance and technical training to help the team grow in Salesforce capabilities. Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards. Strategic Platform Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and implement an improved process for testing new code and processes before deployment. Ensure data integrity, security, and user access compliance across the Salesforce platform. Future Growth & Architecture: Work toward becoming a Salesforce Architect to drive the strategic direction of the Salesforce platform. Provide thought leadership on improving platform efficiency, scalability, and business impact. Work Experience Skills and Qualifications 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, including deep expertise with: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs Salesforce security models and data architecture Proven experience in: Managing and mentoring teams Handling complex development projects and troubleshooting issues Improving testing and deployment processes Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce CPQ Specialist) preferred. Preferred Experience Experience with Salesforce integrations (MuleSoft, external APIs, etc.) Experience working in an Agile development environment Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD tools for Salesforce
