Sales Trainer

Job Description

Role Overview: Drive sales capability enhancement through design, delivery, and evaluation of impactful sales training programs. Focus on onboarding, skill building, and performance improvement of sales teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a sales training calendar aligned to business goals. Conduct TNA and design sales-specific learning modules. Facilitate product, behavioural, and skill-based training sessions. Track training effectiveness via KPIs and assessments. Collaborate with sales leaders and product teams to drive capability building. Skills Competencies Strong understanding of sales processes. Effective facilitation and communication skills.
