Sales Trainer

Job Description: IndiaMART is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team at our Rishikesh center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective sales training programs to new and existing employees, with a focus on enhancing sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct sales training sessions for new joiners and existing team members. Develop and implement training content and modules tailored to sales processes. Monitor and assess training effectiveness and implement improvements. Provide coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance. Stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 70–75% marks in both 10th and 12th standard. Graduate Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Training or Corporate Training.
