Job Overview: We are looking for a confident, motivated, and persuasive Sales Telecaller to handle inbound calls and convert potential leads into successful tourist visa sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and provide detailed information about tourist visa services for countries like Canada, USA, UK, Australia, Europe, Dubai, etc. Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate visa solutions. Generate and follow up on leads to ensure maximum conversions. Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management. Resolve customer queries politely and professionally. Coordinate with the documentation and processing team to ensure smooth service delivery. Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or immigration consultancy preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply. Strong sales and persuasion skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Basic knowledge of tourist visa processes is an advantage. Proficiency in Hindi, Punjabi, and English.
