Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews. Collaborate with sales Rm’s to create individualized action plans for growth and success. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture to enhance productivity and teamwork. Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to provide valuable insights and guidance. Assist in handling complex negotiations and resolving escalated client issues. Qualifications Proven experience in real estate sales and leadership, with a successful track record. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market.
