Sales & Support Executive (Domestic & International Market)

You will be responsible for converting leads into successful sales by effectively coordinating with customers to understand their requirements. This will involve following up with prospects through calls and emails, as well as preparing and sending quotations and product information. Providing support to clients both before and after the sale is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. In addition to managing customer relationships, you will also be required to maintain CRM or lead-tracking software to keep track of sales activities. It is important to maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to senior management to keep them informed of sales performance and progress. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.
