Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on sales and upselling, ensuring that guests have an unforgettable experience while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Provide information about the various activities and services offered at The Grid Bangalore.

Sales and Upselling: Actively promote and upsell gaming packages, memberships, and special offers to guests. Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences through additional services and products.

Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively. Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by providing personalized service.

Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating events, parties, and corporate outings. Provide support to ensure smooth execution and memorable experiences.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive guest experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
