Offer guidance and detailed information on 3 / 6 / 12-month online fitness packages
Build trust with potential clients through clear, empathetic communication
Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain consistent engagement with all leads
Keep accurate records of inquiries, conversions, and follow-up status
Take ownership of monthly sales targets and contribute to overall brand growth
Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and improve conversions
