We are hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer to work on concept-to-final design projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in mechanical design, power transmission systems, and product development, along with expertise in CAD tools, manufacturing processes, and prototyping techniques.Responsibilities: Lead mechanical design efforts from concept generation and feasibility studies to detailed design and documentation. Design and analyze power transmission systems, ensuring performance, efficiency, and reliability. Participate actively in the product development lifecycle, contributing mechanical expertise at each stage. Create detailed 2D and 3D designs, drawings, and specifications using CAD software. Apply knowledge of various manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, casting, molding, fabrication) to ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective. Develop and implement prototyping strategies to test and validate designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, testing, and_ possibly_ other engineering disciplines. Troubleshoot design issues and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate design records and documentation.

The ideal candidate's profile will involve active Business Development, coordinating with Clients, and getting minutes generated through the usage of our premium numbers. The person is expected to develop a new consulting business and manage strategic client accounts in the telecom industry as well as generate revenues through sales of our premium numbers at competitive rates. Responsible for the Generation of daily minutes. Writing reports, and providing feedback on clients. Coordinating with the support team in order to close client requests within TAT. Should have good communication & presentation skills. Should have basic knowledge of finance functions such as invoicing, payment follow-ups, and client account coordination. Manage strategic client accounts in the telecom industry as well as generate revenues through sales of our premium numbers at competitive rates.
