As a Sales Refrac Serv Prof Junior, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. Your efforts will contribute to building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the refractory industry, helping them meet their operational needs while promoting our diverse range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Collaborate with senior sales members to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and other documentation necessary for negotiations and contract management.
  • Participate in client meetings and building relationships with stakeholders to promote our products and services.
  • Support customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our offerings.
  • Maintain records of sales activity, customer interactions, and progress toward targets using CRM tools.
  • Travel to client sites and trade shows as required, ensuring you effectively represent RHI Magnesita s values and capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse client bases.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
