Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Promoter located in Sambalpur. The Sales Promoter will be responsible for engaging with customers to promote Xiaomi products, understanding customer needs, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include demonstrating product features, driving sales targets, and assisting in inventory management. The role requires maintaining product displays and participating in promotional activities.

Familiarity with Operating Systems
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Prior experience in retail or promotional roles is a plus
