Job Description

Were seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to drive the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of our sales organization. In this critical role, youll manage sales processes, pipeline health, forecasting, and CRM systems to ensure our go-to-market (GTM) strategy delivers consistent growth. Youll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align operations with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Pipeline Qualification & ManagementOversee inbound and outbound lead qualification workflowsImplement routing logic to ensure timely and accurate lead follow-upMonitor pipeline health, flag risk areas, and suggest corrective measuresInitial conversations with prospective clients before handing them over to the sales teamCRM Administration & OptimizationOwn CRM management (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce): configuration, data hygiene, permissions, and custom objectsTrain and support the sales team on CRM usage and best practicesContinuously optimize CRM to align with evolving GTM processesSales Analytics & ForecastingCreate and distribute dashboards and reports on pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and sales performanceLead the quarterly forecasting process and support territory planningProvide actionable insights to inform resource allocation and quota settingProcess Design & Continuous ImprovementDocument, standardize, and automate key sales processes (e.g., lead handoff, deal desk operations)Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflowsEvaluate and implement sales enablement tools (e.g., CPQ, analytics, sales engagement platforms)Reporting & Stakeholder CommunicationDeliver executive-level reports on sales performance, trends, and projectionsCoordinate regular sales ops syncs and cross-functional updatesAct as a strategic liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and productRequired Qualifications6-8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS environmentProven hands-on expertise with CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot) at an admin/configuration levelStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendationsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersExperience working with B2B US-based clientsGood to have experience in handling initial conversations with prospective clients before handing them over to the sales teamWork Location & HoursBased in Bangalore, working alongside our India teamMust be available during India and US business hours (Typically between 3pm to 12am)Looking forward to speaking with you!
