About The Role We're seeking a passionate and experienced Learning & Development Expert who excels in every aspect of L&D—from needs analysis and content design to facilitation and pre/post program evaluation. This role is for someone who thrives on providing strategic client consultations, writing compelling articles for our website, leading innovative research projects, and collaborating closely with our sales and tech teams. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Content Delivery Operations Specialist to support the execution of our training and development programs. This role is critical in ensuring seamless delivery of content through meticulous coordination, client communication, and logistical support. You will work closely with facilitators, clients, and internal teams to bring learning experiences to life. The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following Training Execution and Logistics: Coordinate travel, accommodation, and scheduling for facilitators/trainers. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between internal teams and external clients. You will be responsible for lead engagement, logistical coordination for events, and delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle. The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following Lead Engagement and Communication: Send introductory and follow-up messages to potential leads on LinkedIn.
