SALES OFFICER/MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Officer to join our team in a Multistate Co-operative Society dealing in Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), and Savings schemes. The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and mobilizing deposits, identifying potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring target achievements within assigned regions. The role demands proactive field activity, effective communication, and an understanding of financial products and cooperative society operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell FD, RD, and Savings products of the society.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and customer interaction.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely support to customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Coordinate with branch staff for account opening, documentation, and customer servicing.
• Attend marketing campaigns, customer meetings, and local promotional events.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports and updates to superiors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two or Graduation.
• Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in sales/financial services/cooperative society preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and work on field assignments.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and cooperative society rules is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
