Job Title: Sales Officer – Bearings Division

Location: Trichy, Coimbatore, Behrampur (Odisha), Pune, Sirsa, Jalandhar

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Sales Head

Experience: 2–5 years in Industrial / Automotive / Bearings Sales

Industry Preference: Bearings, Automotive Components, Industrial Machinery, Lubricants, or Engineering Products

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

• Regularly visit existing and prospective dealers, distributors, and industrial clients.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the company.

• Dealer & Distributor Management

• Appoint, develop, and manage channel partners to enhance brand presence.

• Monitor sales performance of dealers and ensure timely product availability.

• Handle distributor claims, order processing, and stock management.

Promotional Activities

• Conduct promotional campaigns, product demos, and technical training.

• Participate in local exhibitions, trade shows, and roadshows as needed.

• Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of orders and after-sales support.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering preferred; MBA is a plus.

• Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, particularly in bearings or related fields.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to one of the following locations:

Trichy, Coimbatore, Behrampur (Odisha), Pune, Sirsa, or Jalandhar.
