Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing plans, drive sales initiatives, and ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing materials and sales presentations.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing and sales management with a track record of success.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
