Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive who can play a key role in recruiting the right talent and nurturing a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting and hiring skilled professionals for roles in Marketing, Sales, and Operations from diverse backgrounds. This person should also have a deep understanding of organizational human needs and contribute actively to the office’s culture, energy, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities of marketing executive:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products or services.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Manage and optimize marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
• Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
• Organize promotional events and product launches.
