Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager who can drive sales, build and lead a strong team, and work with a performance-driven mindset. The ideal candidate must be confident in selling service packages and should have a proven track record in industries like SaaS, Banking, or Technology.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales and achieve monthly targets
2. Build, manage, and lead a motivated sales team
3. Develop sales strategies and pitch packages effectively
4. Track performance metrics and ensure high conversion rates
5. Report to senior management with insights and forecasts
Who Can Apply?
Candidates with 3–6 years of proven experience in sales
