Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with prior experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector. This is a client-facing, on-field role that involves maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients and actively acquiring new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly meet with existing and potential B2B and B2C clients to generate sales and foster long-term partnerships
• Present company services, offerings, and travel packages in a compelling and professional manner
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales through effective communication and persuasion
• Build and maintain a strong client database and ensure timely communication
• Identify business trends and opportunities in the travel space and share insights with the internal team
• Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales/client-facing role in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Must be comfortable with on-field travel within Delhi NCR
• Good knowledge of travel-related services (visas, packages, accommodations, etc.)
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
• Salary: Competitive with industry standards + Incentives (based on performance)
