As a MICE Corporate Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to boost sales and revenue in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segment of the travel industry. This role entails identifying potential clients, understanding their event needs, offering personalized solutions, and efficiently managing the sales process to meet targets and contribute to the organization's overall success. Your key responsibilities include researching and targeting corporate clients interested in hosting MICE events, utilizing methods such as cold calling, networking, and participating in industry events to establish connections and generate leads. Engaging with clients to comprehensively grasp their event requirements, objectives, and budget constraints is crucial. You will be expected to propose tailored MICE packages aligning with client needs, create detailed event proposals, negotiate terms, and collaborate with marketing teams to promote MICE services effectively. The ideal candidate should possess proven sales experience, preferably within the travel or hospitality sector, along with exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. A solid understanding of the MICE industry and event planning is essential. Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events is also required to excel in this role.
