Job Description

Job Title: Channel Sales Manager Team Handling Role Industry: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) Experience: 6+ Years (Minimum 2 years in team management) Qualification: Graduate (Any stream) Location: Pan India What Were Looking For: A results-driven professional with strong sales planning and team management skills. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years managing a team. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the BFSI sector. Purpose of the Role: To drive sales targets by fostering strong relationships with channel partners and internal teams within the allocated branches or geography. Key Responsibilities: Engage and nurture relationships with channel partners to achieve business targets. Design and implement sales strategies to maximize mindshare and improve market penetration. Monitor and review team performance against targets; provide guidance and support for success and career growth. Drive consistent and effective sales behavior using digital sales management tools and processes. Ensure business quality and persistency through disciplined execution. Preferred Skills: Strong sales planning and execution Effective team leadership and mentoring abilities High achievement orientation and performance focus Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
