Job Description

Client Representation:Representing clients in property transactions, ensuring their needs and goals are met.
Calling: Calling to clients when Leads are generated through Social media or other sources.
Market Research:Conducting market analysis to provide accurate property valuations and insights.
Property Viewings:Scheduling and hosting property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
Negotiation:Preparing and presenting offers, negotiating terms with buyers and sellers, and facilitating successful closings.
Documentation:Managing and preparing all necessary paperwork and legal documents related to real estate transactions.
Client Communication:Maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing their concerns.
Marketing:Marketing properties through various channels to attract potential buyers or renters.
Staying Informed:Keeping up-to-date on market trends, local regulations, and real estate laws.
Building Relationships:Building and maintaining a strong network of clients and contacts.
Post-Sale Support:Providing ongoing support and assistance to clients after the sale or rental is finalized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
