Job Description

VIQ is seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to focus on a niche market: Global Capability Centers (GCCs) operating out of India. It is a pure-play hunting role.

Preferred candidate profile

Have a proven track record exceeding sales targets of the staffing industry.
Possess deep connections within the GCC ecosystem in India. Existing customer's relationship is going to massive plus
Someone who believes in ethical & moral business development
Understanding of the staffing industry and business models associated with the same
Understand the unique needs and challenges of GCCs when hiring talent.
Can quickly build trust and establish strong relationships with decision-makers in Talent Acquisition function, Procurement, HR and other senior leadership that can influence to empanel VIQ as a suitable vendor for staffing needs of the GCC
Enjoy a fast-paced environment and are highly motivated.

Activities required as part of day-to-day operations :

Identify and target GCCs with active staffing needs.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to close deals quickly.
Manage existing client relationships and ensure exceptional service to onboarded customers.
Contribute to the overall growth of the GCC staffing business.
Adherence to quota-related metrics and reporting to meet sales targets
