n Insurance Sales Manager in an insurance broking firm is responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance sales professionals, driving sales performance, and expanding the firm's market presence. They develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets. They also play a key role in recruiting, training, and mentoring sales staff, as well as monitoring sales performance and reporting to senior management
