About Us:

Rock & Green is an emerging real estate development company focused on delivering quality housing projects in Karjat, Navi Mumbai, and Mumbai. As we expand, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales for our flagship Karjat project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in and inbound customer inquiries at the Karjat site.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and local outreach.
• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and investment benefits to prospective buyers.
• Coordinate site visits and provide a personalized experience to clients.
• Build strong relationships with local brokers, agents, and channel partners.
• Maintain lead database and provide regular sales performance updates.
• Support documentation and closing of deals with buyers.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of real estate sales experience preferred (Karjat/Navi Mumbai region a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools if any).
• English/Hindi language fluency (Marathi is a bonus).
