To further enhance our customer service and drive in-store sales, we are looking for a proactive and people-focused Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable product solutions
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range to assist customers with design, functionality, and pricing queries
Build strong relationships with homeowners, interior designers, and project customers
Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from inquiry to post-sale service
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the backend team to ensure product availability
Supervise and guide in-store sales staff to maintain high customer service standards
Handle customer feedback, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of customer-facing sales experience (retail/home improvement/interiors preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented attitude
Basic knowledge of interior fittings and hardware is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn product tools
Strong organizational and leadership skills
