Sales manager (Mechanical)

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a sales team to success by setting goals, developing strategies, and ensuring that team members meet their targets. Your role will involve recruiting, training, and motivating the sales professionals under your guidance to drive revenue growth and achieve sales objectives. Your key responsibilities will include team leadership, where you will manage, motivate, and mentor your sales team to perform at their best. You will also be involved in sales strategy and planning, by developing and implementing sales plans, setting targets, and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.
