About Us:
Koyenco Energy Pvt Ltd is the authorized dealer of Ather Electric Scooters, a pioneering brand in the electric vehicle (EV) industry. We aim to transform urban mobility through innovation and customer-centric service at our Tirur showroom.

Job Role:
We are hiring an energetic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team at the Ather Tirur Showroom. The right candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in automobile sales, preferably in two-wheelers or EVs, and will be passionate about achieving sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the showroom sales team.
• Drive monthly and annual sales targets for Ather products.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
• Convert walk-in and digital leads into successful sales.
• Plan and execute local promotions and test ride campaigns.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and report to management.
• Maintain relationships with customers for future business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile (two-wheeler or EV) sales.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with the Tirur market is an advantage.

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday off)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
