Sales Manager cum Factory Manager

Position: Sales Manager cum Factory Manager Company: Mysa Sleep Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Location: Shamsabad, Hyderabad (On-site – Factory & Office) Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years Travel Reimbursement: Applicable as per company policy. Key Responsibilities: Oversee sales operations and manage factory activities on a daily basis. Lead and guide a team of sales and warehouse staff. Monitor stock movement, order processing, and dispatches. Ensure product quality control and timely production schedules. Coordinate between sales and factory teams for seamless execution. Maintain documentation and reporting for inventory and team performance. Requirements: Languages: Hindi and Telugu (mandatory), English (preferred). Strong leadership and operational management skills. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales/factory operations. Knowledge of inventory and logistics handling preferred.
