Job Description

As a Sales Manager for HVAC Coils, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Your role will involve identifying new markets, segments, and projects for HVAC coils. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers and consultants will be crucial in this position. You will need to coordinate with internal teams such as design, production, and dispatch to ensure timely delivery and execution. Regular visits to customers and OEMs will be required to foster repeat business and strengthen relationships. Setting clear individual targets and monitoring their performance will also be part of your responsibilities. In addition, you will be expected to implement effective sales reporting systems to track team activities, organize regular product and sales training sessions, and conduct team meetings and performance reviews to motivate the team. Promoting a culture of discipline, accountability, and customer focus will be essential in this role.
