Qualifications

3 Years of proven experience in sales management and team leadership
Strong understanding of loan financing and retail credit products
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Analytical skills to interpret sales data and trends
Ability to develop effective sales strategies and meet targets
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
