Role Overview: We are seeking a Sales Manager for marketing our SuperGeo range of product – a Geo-Synthesis product used in all major infrastructure companies, products under Geosynthesis are Geotextile, Geocells, Geocomposites, Geomembrane and Geobags. The candidate should have a proven track record of 5+ years to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have experience liaising with major infrastructure companies such as NHAI, RVNL, IRCON, BRO and their contractors and sub-contractors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Eastern & North Eastern India. Knowledge of PAN India contractor would be added advantage. Build and maintain strong relationships with infrastructure companies and their contractors such, Railway as RVNL, NHAI, IRCON, IRB infrastructure, ITD cementation contractors, NHAI contractors and subordinates. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities. Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the above mentioned infrastructure sector. Strong liasioning experience with infrastructure companies and inspection agencies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel extensively and manage a wide geographical area. Proven previous sales track record in achieving or surpassing targets. Self-motivated, with an ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: English, hindi, bengali (Preferred) Work Location: In person
