Key Responsibilities : Project Execution & Supervision Supervise site execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Coordinate civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works on-site. Monitor subcontractor activities and resolve technical issues. Review and ensure quality of work and compliance with design and safety standards. Planning & Scheduling Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules in coordination with the planning team. Ensure resource planning (manpower, materials, machinery) and timely execution of scheduled tasks. Track project progress and report deviations or delays with corrective actions. Quality Assurance Conduct quality checks for civil and finishing works (shuttering, concreting, plastering, tiling, painting, etc.). Ensure adherence to IS codes, specifications, and company quality standards. Maintain QA/QC documentation and records. Coordination & Communication Liaise with consultants, architects, structural engineers, vendors, and contractors. Attend project review meetings and prepare reports for higher management. Coordinate with procurement and stores for timely material availability. Documentation & Reporting Maintain site logs, checklists, and daily progress reports (DPRs). Ensure proper documentation of work permits, inspections, and approvals. Support billing team by verifying contractor measurements and joint measurement records. Safety & Compliance Ensure adherence to safety protocols, site discipline, and statutory compliance. Report and mitigate on-site hazards or non-compliance issues.
