Position: India Sales Leader Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute business plans to grow the Biopharmaceutical market. - Identify and manage new business opportunities. - Maintain strong relationships with customers and team members. - Work with cross-functional teams to align and implement strategies. - Monitor market trends and competitors for growth opportunities. - Represent the company at industry events to promote products. - Present business development updates and analysis to senior management for decision-making. Qualifications: - A Master's degree in Life Sciences is required; a PhD is preferred. - Demonstrated success in business development within the biopharmaceutical sector. - In-depth knowledge of both upstream and downstream workflow processes. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. - Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced and evolving environment. - Flexibility and willingness to travel as necessary to achieve business goals. Experience: - 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 4 years driving pan India sales team. - Candidates with 5-6 years of experience can be considered for the Business Manager role.
