Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head to lead and scale our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, strategizing growth, and driving monthly revenue by achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Lead, train, and manage the performance of the sales team to ensure target achievement.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and expand the customer base.
Monitor team performance through regular reviews and provide coaching for improvement.
Drive maximum revenue generation and customer acquisition.
Ensure team adherence to daily/weekly/monthly performance KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product.
Provide timely sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Maintain strong knowledge of the EdTech market, competitor activity, and customer needs.
*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech, education, or service industry.
Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience managing outbound/inside sales teams in a performance-driven environment.
Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000/month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentive Structure
