Job Description: We are looking for a proactive Sales & Field Sales Executive to drive business growth through client acquisition and relationship management. The role involves meeting potential clients, understanding their interior requirements, explaining company services, and closing deals effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: Identify and meet potential clients through field visits, calls, or leads. Understand client requirements and clearly communicate the company’s design services and offerings. Build strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups. Coordinate with design and execution teams for accurate proposals. Negotiate pricing and close orders professionally. Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales updates. Represent the company with professionalism during site visits and meetings. Key Skills: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Client relationship management Order closure and sales conversion Basic understanding of interior design services MS Office / CRM tools proficiency
