Sales Executive – Web Development Services

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive the sales of our web development and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
• Understand client requirements and present appropriate web development solutions.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the project and technical team to ensure client needs are met.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Understanding of web development, websites, e-commerce, CMS (like WordPress), and digital marketing services.
• Experience in B2B sales or IT service sales is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, CRM software, and email automation is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred, but freshers with excellent communication and passion for tech are welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
